PERMAFLEX is a Superior Quality Pure Acrylic waterproofing product suitable for a range of waterproofing applications.

COOLCOTE

Coverage: 4 square meter per L 

COOLCOTE is a Radiant heat barrier coating. When applied to roof substrates, reflects the sun’s rays and substantially lowers surface temperatures to make buildings cooler.

HYPERFLEX

Coverage: 2.1L per square meter

HYPERFLEX is a Superior Quality Pure Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion waterproofing compound that is suitable for a wide range of waterproofing applications.

DAMPBLOK

Coverage: 4kg per square meter (2 coats)

DAMPBLOK is a two-part waterproofing system.
Consisting of a cementitious powder blend and a Styrene Butadiene liquid latex it is used for a variety of waterproofing and damp proofing applications. Suitable for positive and negative pressure waterproofing.

DPC INJECT

Coverage: 5m per litre for double brick skin wall

DPC INJECT is an aqueous silane-based cream used for injecting into walls to treat rising damp.

MORTABOND

MORTABOND is a Styrene Butadiene Copolymer Latex which when added to cement substantially improves adhesion, water resistance, overall strength, tensile and flexural properties. Also used for bonding of cement and skim plaster to smooth surfaces.

PLASTER PLUS

Coverage: 10-14 square meters per litre

PLASTER PLUS is a Specially formulated water repellent that is added to cement to render plaster, screeds and mortar waterproof.

POLYESTER MEMBRANE

Gauge polyester fabric is used as a reinforcing membrane with Ecoflex, Lastiflex, Permaflex, Bitumen Emulsion and Hyperflex water-proofing compounds.
